FRSP is looking for 3 youth workers from Poland who are interested in participating in a training course for youth workers on the topic “Digi Detox,” hosted by The Way of the Thracians Foundation.

🎯 Project Goals – Erasmus+ Youth Worker Training
✅ Enhancing the competencies of youth workers Through specialized training sessions and workshops, participants will gain practical skills to help young people balance their digital and social lives.
✅ Providing resources and methodologies We will develop innovative tools and methods that include elements of “digital detox,” encouraging face-to-face interaction and physical activity.
✅ Building a sustainable international network of partnerships The project brings together 10 organizations from 9 different countries to collaborate on strategies and share good practices.
✅ Raising awareness about the risks of excessive digitalization Campaigns and seminars will be organized to inform and engage young people on the importance of digital well-being.
📌 Participation Criteria
Are you ready to join us for “Digital Detox” in Bulgaria? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Youth workers
- Willing to share good practices and implement follow-up activities
- Aged 20+
- Motivated and genuinely interested in the training and its themes
- Passionate about digital literacy, digital well-being, personal development, social inclusion, and non-formal education

📍 Location & Accommodation
All activities will take place at the International Youth Center – Pernik, Bulgaria – https://www.facebook.com/IYCPernik
🛏 Accomodation: Participants will be accommodated in double rooms for a comfortable and collaborative stay.
🍽 Meals: The food will be organized based on traditional Bulgarian cuisine, offering participants a taste of local flavors and culture.
