ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The project is designed for a person passionate about visual communication, graphic design and
social media, willing to learn and make an impact using these means.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to:
Create engaging social media content, including online campaigns, posters, and promotional videos.
Document our international and local activities through visual reports, showcasing our courses, workshops, and events.
Assist in the day-to-day tasks of the office by maintaining the visual aspects of various publications regarding the initiatives of FCV and partner organizations. Use and learn programmes :
Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Mass messaging tools (MailChimp)
Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Website creation and management (WordPress, etc.)
Design and content creation tools (Canva,
Photoshop, etc.)
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
The accommodation will be in the shared apartment with other volunteers or local youth in the Barcelona area. The volunteer will be provided with a food allowance of 6 euro per day including the days off. The volunteers will also be provided with the public transport card for unlimited trips within the zone. The travel to Barcelona and back will be reimbursed.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
-Between 18 and 30 years old
-Interested in graphic design and social media management
-Willing to learn through non-formal learning and learning by doing
-Creative and engaged
-Sensible to social issues
-Knowledge of Spanish or Cátalan is a plus and willingness to learn is a must
