Powerful Pillars of Entrepreneurial Success was an youth exchange project financed by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Program.
37 youths from six different countries gathered in Katowice, Poland. Powerful Pillars of Entrepreneurial Success Youth Exchange was held between November 7 and 13, 2023.
Youth were provided with the opportunity to uncover the intricacies of knowledge, cultivate their talents for the professional arena, and learn the art of transforming their passions and ideas into prosperous businesses. Additionally, the program offered abundant enjoyable moments, cultural evenings, collaborative experience sharing, as well as language and social skill development, among other activities.
The project partners were:

- Evropske centrum mladeze Breclav/European Youth Center Breclav zs from the Czech Republic;
- FUNDACIO CATALUNYA VOLUNTARIA from Spain
- AVENTURA MARAO CLUBE from Portugal
- EURO SUD from Italy
Start-ups
Public presentations were held to showcase the start-ups that participants developed while collaborating in international teams during the Youth Exchange. The presentation is open to the public, allowing everyone to view the final results of hard work and innovative ideas. Each team embarked on a journey from the initial concept to the creation of the logo, the commercial, and the formation of the company’s staff. In total, six business concepts were generated. On the concluding day, each team presented their work, allowing participants to field sometimes challenging and tough questions from the audience.
Beyond the presentations, each team was tasked with producing an advertising spot for their respective companies. This video is a collection of all the startup ads that were created during the exchange.
It’s noteworthy that each country group presented the startup concepts they developed during the exchange, sharing their experiences with peers and local communities upon returning home. Some of the participants applied the knowledge and skills acquired from the youth exchange to organize entrepreneurial workshops in their local schools.
