APPLICATION PROCESS
Did you find a project coordinated by our organization and you want to take part in it?
– If you found a project on European Solidarity Corps platform, contact us there and we will provide you with the next steps that will be sending us your CV (in Europass form) and an application form that will be attached in the project’s recruitment page.
– If you found a project in Facebook group or a Sending Organization’s website, remember to register yourself in European Solidarity Corps platform and apply for the project there. Then, we will contact you and provide with the next steps that will be sending us your CV (in Europass form) and an application form that will be attached in the project’s recruitment page.
Congratulations! You have been chosen for EVS project in Poland! It is high time you prepared yourself for leaving for a chosen country.
Your Sending Organization will contact you and provide a Pre-Departure Training that will be run in your language.
Apart from that, FRSP will be in constant touch with you, so that you will be provided with all information you need to know before coming to Poland.
FRSP will preapre for you an Activity Agreement where will you able to find all the details concerning the project you chose, your right and obligations.
If you come from a non-EU country, you will need to have a valid passport and apply for a VISA if it is needed.
After a project, you will receive the Youthpass certificate that helps to document the development of competences, as well as to confirm participation and describe the respective project. An essential part of the initiative is attention to the planning of the learning process and reflection upon the participants’ personal learning outcomes.
