Wolontariat krótkoterminowy ESC w Armenii to wspólna propozycja Fundacji Rozwoju Społeczeństwa Przedsiębiorczego oraz organizacji “Center for Community Mobilisation and Support” Community Based NGO. Dzięki udziałowi w projekcie będziecie mieli okazję zaangażować się w akcje w lokalnej społeczności miejscowości Alaverdi.

Głównym celem wolontariatu w ramach tego projektu jest promowanie tolerancji w lokalnej społeczności. Wolontariusze będą mieli możliwość zaangażowania się w akcje mające na celu wzrost szacunku wobec różnorodności międzykulturowej i międzyreligijnej.  Oprócz tego, do zadań wolontariusza będą należały inne ciekawe aktywności opisane dokładnie poniżej. wolontariat krótkoterminowy ESC w armenii

Aktywności wolontariusza

European Clubs for Youth in Alaverdi and Shnogh

-Organisation of exhibitions, presentations and conversations with Armenian young people or future ESC/EVS volunteers to motivate young people to be more
active or apply for mobility projects,
– Leisure time activities for the young people, mainly on the period after school until dinner time; parties and special events/intercultural activities;
– Inform young people about his/her experience as a volunteer in Armenia and also provide information about some aspects of the volunteer’ country (e.g. culture, language, cultural places, etc.). In these activities, the volunteer has to use the clothes provided to that activity (t-shirt, cap, etc)
– Organising workshops: CREATE your „United in Diversity” Poster (after that there will be a flash mob with hanging our posters in our city and communities), Leader’s Values Mapping Activity, Values Workshop, Learn and
Demonstrate: Who am I as a follower of „United in Diversity” voice?
– A photo gallery published online about how do we understand „United in Diversity” in our community – ech activities will be shown at an online photo gallery on our CCMS blog on FB and Instagram.

The „United in Diversity”Day at CCMS

we will organize an event in the beginning of a service of our volunteers where we will introduce the new project to all participants of the event (volunteers of our organisation) and to representatives of local schools (English teachers and social workers).

Office Work:

Help the team with administrative tasks; make contacts with European partners to establish partnerships; do posters for activities, edit the webpage of CCMS, create flyers for divulgation of CCMS projects, take photos of the
activities, make promotional videos about CCMS, etc.

Logistic Support:

in New Year’s Eve, sports tournaments, cultural activities, intercultural evenings, pic-nics, festivals, training courses, youth exchanges, workcamps, and other events. It includes moving furniture, shopping, organisation and transport of materials and people, cleaning, decoration, building stages, cooking, etc.

Kogo szukamy?

Features that will be taken into account by each Host Organisation in the selection of
candidates for this project are:
– love of nature and protection of the environment
– enthusiasm, motivation to participate in our specific project
– appreciation in being useful
– enjoy communicating and learning new skills and competencies – interest to work in a team, tolerance towards difference
– being flexible, with a capacity to adapt to new and different situations and treating an obstacle as a challenge
– have good interpersonal communication, autonomy, sense of initiative and creativity
– have good knowledge about values and principles of ESC.

The volunteer shall be with fewer opportunities as short-term projects are addressed to such candidates. We are open especially to those young people who are dealing with such obstacles as:
1.Economical problems
– young people living low standards of living, earning not much
– long unemployed
– living poorly, alone or poorly because of family reasons
2.Geographical reasons
– youth from villages and regions located from cities offering more possibilities
– youth from problematic surroundings
– youth from less-developed areas (public transport, cultural and educational possibilities)
3.Social obstacles
– numerous families
– people discriminated because of genger, age, ethnical backgroud, religion and sexual orientation
– people in unsteady life situations
– orphans
4.Educational difficulties
– youth having problems at school
– youth that have not finished their school, no educational backgroud
– youth without any access to trainings etc.

Flat nearby to the office. Each volunteer will have his/her own room. The rented flat has sufficient furniture with cleaning, cooking, and washing facilities.

FOOD: 65 EUR/month
TRAVEL GRANT: 360,00 EUR
